One full membership is permitted per cottage. If you have 2 or more families sharing a cottage please purchase one annual membership (to take advantage of the winter custodial checks), and "Friend of the Lake" memberships for any additional families (to receive the Loon Call, Communiques, and Membership Directory Listing).
Refer a "new" Member or Friend and receive a discount on next year's membership dues ($10 discount if you refer a "new" member and $5 discount if you refer a Friend of the Lake).
Fees from Annual Memberships and Friends of the Lake cover our annual expenses but not much is left over. The LWCA Environmental Fund was created so that we would have the ability to purchase items such as water testing equipment that are needed to protect the environment of Lake Weslemkoon and surrounding lakes. Most of the fund is held in reserve for use in case of environmental emergency.
